Toyota Mobility Foundation-Supported My Easy Access Showcased at France’s National Disability Conference

My Easy Access was selected to present at the 2026 Conférence nationale du handicap (CNH), France’s key national forum dedicated to disability policy and accessibility.

My Easy Access was initiated within Michelin Innovation Lab and is supported through a partnership between the Toyota Mobility Foundation, Michelin Corporate Foundation and Association Tourisme & Handicaps. Through this collaboration, the solution has already been deployed in Marseille and Vichy, demonstrating how technology, reliable accessibility data and close cooperation with local stakeholders can contribute to more inclusive urban mobility. Further city deployments are expected to follow.

Held every three years, the Conférence nationale du handicap brings together government representatives, public authorities, associations, people with disabilities and other stakeholders to define priorities and concrete actions to advance accessibility, education, employment, health, culture and inclusion across France.

At the 2026 conference, President Emmanuel Macron placed renewed emphasis on the ambition to build a fully accessible society in which everyone can move around on the same terms as everyone else.

This focus on mobility and accessibility reinforces the importance of turning national ambitions into practical improvements in people’s everyday lives — enabling greater independence, confidence and freedom of movement.

Against this backdrop, the selection of My Easy Access for presentation at the CNH represents an important recognition of both the relevance of the solution and its potential contribution to more accessible cities.

Making Accessible Mobility Easier in Everyday Life

My Easy Access is a unified mobility platform bringing together an ecosystem of complementary services: a paper map produced with Michelin Editions, a dedicated website to help users prepare trips and visits, and the My Easy Access application developed with Andyamo expertise.

Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, the application provides verified, real-time information on accessible locations and adapted routes tailored to individual mobility needs.

Designed for people with disabilities, seniors and families, My Easy Access helps users navigate cities with greater confidence and independence by identifying accessible, safe and step-free routes and destinations.

Its presence at the Conférence nationale du handicap provided an opportunity to demonstrate the solution to national and local decision-makers, accessibility stakeholders and potential partners, while highlighting its potential to support more accessible and independent mobility across France and, in the future, beyond.

My Easy Access: My Easy Access is a unified digital platform (app, website, GPS mapping) designed to promote freedom to move and inclusive mobility. Developed through a partnership between the Toyota Mobility Foundation, the Michelin Corporate Foundation, and Tourisme & Handicaps, it provides verified information on accessible locations and adapted routes for people with disabilities, seniors, and families.

Tourisme & Handicaps: Tourisme & Handicaps is a national association that promotes accessible tourism in France. It manages the official “Tourisme & Handicap” label and works with public and private partners to ensure inclusive travel experiences for all.

The Toyota Mobility Foundation (Chair Akio Toyoda, hereafter referred to as “TMF”) was established in August 2014 by the Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) to support the development of a more mobile society in which everyone can move freely. The Foundation underscores Toyota’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and respect for people. It utilizes Toyota’s expertise and technologies to support strong mobility systems while eliminating disparities in mobility.
